Didem Altop is an international community builder and growth acceleration expert with over a decade of experience in the private, public, and civil society sectors. She co-founded 2C Project House, a venture studio that turns good ideas into great companies and non-profit organizations.

​

As the co-founder and Managing Director of Endeavor Turkey from 2006-18, Didem trained over 1,000 local community leaders and established numerous angel investor networks and early-stage VC funds. Under her leadership, Endeavor Turkey's 50+ active portfolio companies achieved a valuation of over $6.0b with exports or expansion to 80+ countries.

Didem is an entrepreneur and innovator at heart, playing academic and civil society leadership roles related to digital transformation, youth education, nonprofit capacity building, and impact investing.

 

She supports social entrepreneurship as an Audit Board Member of Ashoka Turkey.
